ST. MARY'S CONVENT & NURSING HOME |

I've just spent a week with Sr Jennifer and Liz in Norfolk. It was amazing. Liz took me for a walk along the beach every morning - which was wonderful. All that space! I could run around to my heart's content. I was a little unsure about all the waves crashing onto the beach, so I wasn't brave enough to go for a swim in the sea. Considering what the salt water would do to my coat, I think Liz was a little relieved I was such a chicken.

My name is Ted and I have just arrived at the Convent, and after two weeks trial I have been officially adopted. I am thrilled to be here, and I'm busy exploring my new home and getting to know, what is now, a very large family. I am an Australian Labradoodle, and I spent my first three years with a family of three in York. Sadly I could no longer remain with them, so was put up for adoption. Thankfully Sister Jennifer and Liz found me on Doodle Rescue and drove up to York to pick me up.
I know how much Trudi and Bartie were loved - so I have big paws to fill! As yet Elia and I have not quite managed a modus operandi - I think I might be a bit bouncy for her. Still, I hope we will get along OK in the coming weeks and months. I will try and be a bit quieter, I'm just a little over excited right now. Today I've gone out with Jane W and John with some residents to the Park, so expect some photos soon. |
TedI have just arrived at St Mary's and I'm getting to know all the residents. Follow my adventures here.
